Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our Service.

MEMBER OBLIGATIONS

1. Observe and comply with all the Society’s by-laws and decisions taken by the relevant organs of the Society.
2. Ensure that only fit and proper members are elected to the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Committee.
3. Buy and pay up for shares (Minimum Kshs. 30,000) or make any other regular payments provided for in the Sacco by-laws.
4. Meet the debts of the Society in case of insolvency in accordance with the provisions of the Act and these by-laws.
